How to get to Priozersk from St. Petersburg
Priozersk is a small town located in the Leningrad Oblast, near Karelia. Here you can relax on the banks of the Vuoksi River, take a look at the Korela (the ancient fortress), the Lutheran Church. Priozersk also has a pier, from which a meteor and motor ship depart to the holy island of Valaam.

Lovers of the fairy tale by Rudyard Kipling will be interested to look at the monument to its main characters - Mowgli with the black panther Bagheera, located in Petrovsky Square. Priozersk is a great place to have a breath of fresh air, ride catamarans, and go fishing.
Car
The distance between St. Petersburg and Priozerskis about 150 km. It will take more than 2 hours to drive along the SortavalaHighway. However, the way will be quite enjoyable as there are many picturesque places.
Rail transport
From Finlyandsky Station5-7 trains depart daily. Be sure to check the schedule, sometimes you have to wait 2.5 hours. The fare is 378 rubles. Travel time is 2-3 hours. Lastochka also departs from this station. The cost is 430 rubles.
There is another option - to leave from the Devyatkino railway station. You can get to Priozersk for 341 rubles. After about 2 hours and 20 minutes you will arrive to your destination.

Bus / minibus
The cost is about 300 rubles. The transport departs to Priozersk from 2 metro stations:
• Devyatkino metro station - buses №859 and №807;
• Parnas metro station - bus №960.
